Out of a desire to supply the best Okinawan soba possible, this restaurant offers traditional homemade noodles. The noodles have an amazing texture, with both standard and Japanese mugwort-infused styles available. The light soup is made with carefully selected water and bonito stock, and it matches both types of noodle perfectly.
