A building constructed around the middle of the 18th century, using a mix of Japanese building methods from the Kamakura and Muromachi periods, combined with distinctive Ryukyu features. These special techniques led to the creation of a unique residence. This is a precious resource for learning about the Okinawan way of life, and it is designated an important cultural property.
