A seafood specialty store run by the Hokkaido Federation of Fisheries co-op that offers the finest selection of seasonal flavors pulled fresh from Hokkaido's waters at affordable prices. The popular favorite is the salmon roe (pictured), pickled in a generous amount of Habomai soy sauce with dried kelp broth. Also on offer are numerous specialties, including unique raw delicacies (ask for a sample) and freshly-boiled horsehair crab.
